That is why the "I" in the type description stands for "Integration" in machine shafts, production processes, automation equipment etc.
The large choice of belt materials, drive units and base frames make them universally deployable. Their scope of application stretches from discharging transport belts from punching machines to transport belts in pharmacy automation facilities or dust-free rooms.
Especially straight small conveyors are often delivered without a base frame, if they are to be integrated in existing machines.
The base frame type IP is thought to be the most economical and flexible solution for belt lengths of up to approx. 1,000mm and belt widths of up to 150mm.
Small conveyors with a width of up to approx. 500mm and a belt length of up to approx. 2,000mm are equipped with a base frame of type HE 010, if e.g. extreme belt slopes of up to 90° are necessary or if the stands must not overlap the running deck level to the sides.
The base frame type HE 030 consists of an H-shaped base with laterally mounted aluminium profiles. This base frame is used for conveyors with a length of up to approx. 2,000mm that e.g. need a large height adjustment range.
Belt conveyors with a length of more than approx. 2,000mm or higher belt loads are often equipped with base frames of type HM 010. It provides a safe stance and elegant adjustment of height and tilt with telescope supports made of anodised aluminium.
Small conveyors with a width of up to approx. 200mm and length up to max. 1.500mm are equipped with base frame IE 010, if height and angles need to be adjusted very often.

MTF I-Tech angled Belt Conveyors are a perfect solution where transported goods must be discharged from very low machine shafts and then transported upwards.
They are often used for packaging machines or e.g. plastic injection moulding machines or blow forming machines where they serve as discharge conveyors.

Small angled conveyors with a total length of up to approx. 1,500mm and a width up to max. 350mm can be made with base frame I2P. It creates stability against collapse due to the compact base frame plate.
MTF I-Tech Z-shaped conveyors have fixed belt bends with 30 °, 45° or 60°. They can be equipped with numerous different belt qualities, drive units, base frame types and additional fittings.
They are used for transport of small parts where large differences in height must be overcome but feeding and discharging area must be horizontal.
Base frame I2P is often used in combination with Z-shaped small conveyors that must not exceed a total length of approx. 2,000mm. The stand heights as well as the fixing of the base frame to the conveyor belt frame is done flexibly depending on the particular task.
