Magnetic conveyors are especially suited for the transportation of very small, very sharp and flat ferrous materials as they are often produced in presses or in factories with mechanical machining.
Various slide surfaces, drive units and bases make these conveyors universally installable.
MTF Magnetic Conveyors are unique in their construction. The base HM 140 always provides a stable footing - even with longer belts. It is equally suitable for both horizontal and inclined or declined transport.
Magnetic Conveyors up to a length of approx. 3,000mm are often equipped with a base Type LD. This base type has a closed steel frame with mounted aluminium profiles. In the version as LD 010 the base is secured underneath the belt body so that no protruding components of the base disturb the sides of the belt body.
Magnetic slide belts in straight form are equipped with a base Type LD 120 if a large height adjustment range is necessary. The base is also especially suited for wider belts and greater belt loads.
In any place where magnetic items, e.g. in machine shafts, must be moved away and then carried up in incline, the MTF magnetic conveyors Type NMF provide the perfect solution.
The belt angle is fixed (options are 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° or 90°).
Smaller Magnetic Conveyors stand firm with the base Type HE 020. An H-shaped stand serves as the basis for solid aluminium profiles that are secured to the sides of the conveyor frame.
Positively angled Magnetic Conveyors come into use in places where, for example, the items to be moved can be guided over a sloped slide directly onto the conveyor belt and must be carried steeply upward. Likewise they can - depending on the items carried - be used for proportioning the output.
Fixed angles of 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90° are available for a broad range of applications.
In addition to the versatile MTF standard bases, we frequently construct special solutions for the various magnetic conveyors in accordance with customers' specific problem descriptions.
Z-shaped MTF Magnetic Conveyors are often the first choice when ferrous materials must be carried from a machine bed into a container or to a further manufacturing process.
In particular, angled magnetic belts display their advantages in the transport of sharp-edged items. Because of its construction, jams or belt damage cannot occur with the magnetic belt.
The base LD 120 is often used in combination with Z-shaped Magnetic Conveyors. Both the stand height and the attachment of the base to the belt frame are flexible according to concrete applications. The flat belt section can thus freely hang over or - depending on the length - have additional support.
Small stamped slugs can be transported up in the smallest space. The magnetic conveyor technology is especially suited for this task, with which items can also be carried vertically. Z-shaped magnetic belts from MTF Technik are thus specially customized for the particular task.
