The MTF Multi-Linea recirculating buffer system is a powerful solution for the automatic filling and buffering of containers such as bags, cartons, or boxes – even in the smallest of spaces. The system is versatile: In addition to the classic application with crates or boxes, the Multi-Linea can also be equipped with specific bag holders – for example, in a cleanroom version with stainless steel components and FDA-compliant clamping devices. In special designs, even pneumatically movable QA sample bags can be integrated, which are filled during the ongoing process.
The control technology also offers maximum adaptability: In addition to precise piece-count filling, special functions such as double pre-pulsing and interface communication can be implemented. Various operating modes are available – such as counting mode or a time-controlled mode. Depending on the control system used, environmental conditions, and customer specifications, special safety devices such as contact strips to eliminate pinching hazards or emergency stop pull cords, etc., can also be integrated. Visualization of operating states using signal lights, querying container fill levels using sensors, etc., is also possible upon request.
In practice, the system can meet a wide variety of tasks. For systems that produce right and left parts simultaneously, for example, one box can be filled for each side. Depending on the settings, the system then advances by two positions either after the target number is reached or after a specified time. If only one type is produced, the system only advances one position accordingly.
The Multi-Linea also impresses with its modular design: length, width, geometry, working height, as well as the number, size, and type of container holders are individually tailored to the respective application.
