Stainless steel roller conveyors are used in wet areas or cleanrooms. In the illustrated version with a 70 mm high frame, the rollers form the highest point, so the conveyed goods run to the end of the conveyor without side guides. Usable widths range from 100 to 1,200 mm in 50 mm increments. Frames made of steel or stainless steel are available. The rollers are made of PVC, galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel and have a diameter of 50 mm.
The roller spacing is available in 62.5 / 75 / 100 / 150 or 200 mm, depending on the application.
The R-50/70 model is without side guides, while the R-50/100 model has 30mm high side guides. Adjustable side guides can be optionally mounted. The end stop is attached as needed. Height- and tilt-adjustable bases are also available.
