Task: Cooling and filling of plastic parts into boxes

Plastic parts should first be cooled down directly after the injection molding machine and then filled into cartons fully automatically

The quantity per carton should be determined using a weighing module

The boxes should be fed in and out automatically to ensure unmanned operation

Solution: Conveyor belt with cooling tunnel and buffer conveyor belt with lifting station

NL-LD 120 with special attachment hopper and cooling tunnel

The conveyor belt is clocked via the overall control system to ensure the longest possible residence time on the conveyor belt and thus maximum cooling

Multi-Tech Lift lifting station with two levels and integrated weighing module on the lifting boom

Two levels with buffer conveyor belts, one for empty and one for filled containers

Control of the entire system including the load cell via a Siemens S7 controller
