The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-AM 1030 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". Small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.

I-Tech small conveyor belts of type IL-AM 1030 are used, for example, as discharge conveyors on low packaging systems or as outfeed conveyors from low or narrow machine sheds. AM stands for "multiple supports". The conveyor belt is equipped with several supports, which are mounted laterally on the belt body. Each individual support can be moved along the side grooves of the conveyor belt, and its height and inclination can be adjusted. Thus, for example, sharp edges in the machine frame or uneven floors can be cleverly bridged. The inclination of the conveyor belt can be continuously adjusted between -60° and +60°. Thirteen different conveyor belts made of various materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available for these devices and can be mounted on them. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The I-Tech IL-AM 1030 belt conveyors can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios, performance classes, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.
