Small can also be big - the base frame type HM 480 is a stable and elegant solution for longer and wider small conveyor belts. The H-shaped base stands are equipped with telescopic stand profiles made of anodised aluminium. The base frame supports are mounted at the side of the conveyor belt profile with only a small lateral protrusion. Pivoting points are integrated in the holders which are situated below the body of the belt. They allow for a step-less adjustment of the tilt angle of the conveyor belt.
Since there is no upwards protrusion of the fitted parts of the base frame, this model is well suited to use as a conveyor belt for very wide parts that overlap the body of the belt laterally. It is also often used as a robot discharge belt or as a transfer belt between two processing steps.
The ends of the belt in depicted version with central motor can be equipped with a deflection pulley diameter of 32mm (also available with knife edges in a special model). This is of special importance if e.g. smaller parts are to be transferred from one conveyor belt to the next one. The central motor can be moved along the entire length of the belt base frame.
