The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-LD 440 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". For small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.

For longer and wider small conveyor belts, the IL-LD 440 underframe offers an elegant solution. The telescopic profiles made of anodized aluminum are mounted on a closed frame, forming an extremely stable foundation. The supports are mounted below the belt body, resulting in minimal lateral overhangs. Pivot points are integrated into the brackets, allowing for easy adjustment of the conveyor's tilt. This type of underframe is ideally suited for small conveyor belts up to approximately 3,000 mm in length and 500 mm in width. Thirteen different conveyor belts made of various materials with different surface textures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available for these conveyor belts and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
