Wherever material needs to be removed from very low loading areas and then conveyed at an incline, the MTF I-Tech angled conveyor belts type INL-LD 440 are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm enables the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm.

In particular, angled small conveyor belts with a longer steep belt section or belt widths over 400 mm can be designed as type INL-LD 440. The LD 440 subframe consists of a sturdy welded base frame with telescopic aluminum supports. The supports are mounted below the belt body and are attached to the belt with pivot points to save space. The mounting brackets are only 13 mm thick in total, enabling a very slim conveyor belt design. The multiple supports on the belt frame further stiffen and stabilize the conveyor belt. This is especially noticeable when the loading height is increased. Conveyor belts of this type are often used for the disposal of a wide variety of production machines, such as in the plastics industry or on packaging machines.

A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface structures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be installed if required.
