Small Belt Conveyor Type INL-BE 020

Small Belt Conveyor with Negative Angle

Many L-shaped small conveyor belts are equipped with the base frame type BE 020. It consists of a stable steel base plate with two vertically mounted anodised aluminium profiles. The base frame and conveyor belt frame are connected with rotating modules whose height and tilt can be adjusted step-less.

The freely protruding flat part of the belt can be lowered down to the floor in order to ensure minimal transfer heights. Combined with the standard 20mm height lateral guide as well as carrier bars with a height of up to 15mm, a transfer height of less than 80mm can be realised.

The angled conveyor belts in this model are often used as discharge belts under production or packaging machines in order to transport piece goods or bulk goods in containers or to subsequent processing.

A compact steel base plate is the foundation for stable aluminium profiles which are mounted to the lateral sides of the conveyor belt frame. The maximum frame width of the conveyor belt is 350mm.
