Wherever materials need to be transported from very low loading areas and then conveyed upwards, the MTF I-Tech angle conveyors type INL-BE 020 are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyors with a total height of less than 80 mm.

Many small L-shaped (negatively angled) conveyors are equipped with the BE 020 base frame. It consists of a sturdy steel base plate with two vertically mounted anodized aluminum profiles. The connection between the base frame and the conveyor belt frame is made via rotatably mounted modules that can be continuously adjusted in height and angle of inclination. The freely overhanging flat belt section of the conveyor belt can be lowered to the floor to ensure minimal transfer heights. In combination with the standard 20 mm high side guide and drive lugs up to a height of 15 mm, a feed height of less than 80 mm can be achieved. Angle conveyor belts of this design often serve as discharge conveyors under production or packaging lines to transport individual items or bulk materials into containers or to further processing steps. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The I-Tech angle conveyor belts type INL-BE 020 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include, among other things, fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
