Wherever material needs to be removed from very low loading areas and then conveyed at an incline, the MTF I-Tech angled conveyor belts type INL-BE 020 are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm enables the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm.

Many small L-shaped conveyor belts (negatively angled) are equipped with the base frame type BE 020. It consists of a sturdy steel base plate with two vertically mounted anodized aluminum profiles. The connection between the base frame and the conveyor belt frame is made via pivoting modules that can be continuously adjusted in height and angle. The freely overhanging flat belt section of the conveyor belt can be lowered to the ground to ensure minimal transfer heights. In combination with the standard 20 mm high side guide and cleats up to 15 mm high, a feed height of less than 80 mm can be achieved. Angled conveyor belts of this design are often used as discharge belts under production or packaging systems to transport piece goods or bulk materials to containers or to further processing steps.

A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface structures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be installed if required.

The I-Tech angled conveyor belts type INL-BE 020 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power ratings, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task.
