Wherever materials need to be transported from very low loading areas and then conveyed upwards, the MTF I-Tech INL-HE 050 angle conveyors are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyors with a total height of less than 80 mm.

Larger angled conveyors are often equipped with an HE 060 type underframe. Here, an H-shaped base frame forms the foundation for the vertical aluminum profiles. This stable yet lightweight version of a small conveyor belt is particularly suitable when the flat belt section either rests directly on the floor or is supported by additional substructures. Conveyor technology of this type is frequently used to transport parts from plastic injection molding machines where the available machine bed height is restricted by additional attachments under the mold. The I-Tech angle conveyor belts type INL-HE 050 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include, among other things, fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
