Wherever materials need to be transported from very low loading areas and then conveyed on an upward slope, the MTF I-Tech INL-HE 050 angle conveyors are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyors with a total height of less than 80 mm.

Inline angle conveyors are often equipped with an HE 050 base frame. This consists of an H-shaped base frame with bolted, telescoping aluminum profiles. The connection to the conveyor frame is achieved via rotatable modules that can be continuously adjusted in angle. The freely overhanging flat belt section can be lowered to the ground to allow for very low transfer heights. With a 20 mm high side guide and a maximum 15 mm high drive lugs, a feed height of 80 mm can be achieved (depending on the flat belt length). If required, any number of substructures can be mounted along the conveyor frame and individually adjusted in height and angle. This makes it possible to compensate for different floor levels. Angle conveyor belts of this design are generally used as discharge conveyors from packaging machines or at low transfer heights from plastic injection molding machines. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The I-Tech angle conveyor belts type INL-HE 050 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include, among other things, fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
