The MTF Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts, type NL-KF 010, are arguably unique on the market in terms of workmanship and functionality. The unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend, which could lead to wear.
The MTF Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts therefore generally do not require belt guidance. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum bend covers, chain guards, and belt recirculation guards make these belt conveyors extremely durable and a reliable aid in your production.
The L-shaped, angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-KF 010, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.
The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various sturdy outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to access the conveyor belt. For example, to easily change a belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used for attaching underframes, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.
The type KF 010 underframe is used primarily for angled conveyors with a short, freely overhanging steep belt section and medium feed heights of up to approximately 500 mm. The flat belt section is mounted on an aluminum profile underframe. The steep belt section of the belt conveyor projects freely forward, without any frames or other obstructing contours getting in the way. The conveyor belt is therefore particularly suitable for transporting parts into small boxes or at low discharge heights. The conveyor belt angle is locked in place using two screws in the angled covers.
In this design, the angled conveyor belt is frequently used in the plastics industry on smaller injection molding machines or blow molding systems. It is used there for lateral discharge to the operator side or the opposite operator side. Angled conveyor belts of this type are also often found in the stamping industry for transporting punched slugs.
A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard program and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required.
The Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts type NL-KF 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separation attachments, etc.
Unique belt tension compensation for consistent belt tension regardless of the set conveyor angle
Smooth surfaces allow for easy cleaning and prevent damage to the material being conveyed
