The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-KF 010 are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out.
The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require a belt guide. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum hinge guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these belt conveyors extremely robust and reliable helpers in your production. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-KF 010, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to access the conveyor. For example, it allows for easy belt changes. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. The KF 010 subframe is primarily used with angle conveyors featuring a short, freely overhanging steep belt section and medium feed heights of up to approximately 500 mm. The flat belt section is mounted on an aluminum profile subframe. The steep belt section of the conveyor extends freely forward, without any frames or other obstructions. The conveyor belt is therefore particularly suitable for transporting parts into small boxes or to low discharge heights. The conveyor belt angle is locked in place by means of two screws in the bend covers. In this design, the angled conveyor belt is frequently used in the plastics industry on smaller injection molding machines or blow molding systems. There, it serves for lateral transport to the operator side or opposite operator side. Angled conveyor belts of this type are also often found in the stamping industry for transporting stamping slugs. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-KF 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
