The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts, type NL-TB 110, are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation system developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out.
The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require a belt guide. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum hinge guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these belt conveyors extremely robust and reliable helpers in your production. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-TB 110, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, e.g., to access the conveyor. For example, changing the belt can be carried out easily. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives or other accessories. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. L-shaped angled conveyor belts with a longer flat belt section, combined with a low feed height, are often fitted with a TB 110 type base frame. Here, the flat belt is suspended in the base frame, while the inclined belt is supported by a gas spring to allow for convenient angle adjustment. In this configuration, they are used, among other things, as feeders in machine tools where the conveyor belt is integrated into the machine frame. Similar applications can be found in the recycling sector for the disposal of paper or cardboard scraps or for transporting die-cut waste into a container. This L-shaped conveyor belt is also suitable for use in the plastics industry in injection molding machines with low chamber heights or in combination with sorting diverters mounted below the mold, thus restricting the available space. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with varying surface textures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these machines. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-TB 110 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and components can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
