The MTF Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts, type NL-TF 110, are arguably unique on the market in terms of workmanship and functionality. The unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend, which could lead to wear.
The MTF Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts therefore generally do not require belt guidance. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum bend covers, chain guards, and belt recirculation guards make these belt conveyors extremely durable and a reliable aid in your production.
The L-shaped, angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-TF 110, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.
The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various sturdy outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to access the conveyor belt. For example, to easily change a belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.
Angled conveyor belts with a width of up to approximately 500 mm and steep belt lengths of up to approximately 2,000 mm are often manufactured as type NL-TF 110. The flat belt rests on the base frame, while the steep belt is supported by a T-shaped fork. A gas spring is located within the fork structure to enable virtually force-free angle adjustment.
The wheels can be moved lengthwise and individually adjusted in height along the entire conveyor belt base frame. These angled conveyor belts are therefore frequently used as discharge conveyors for production machines, with the flat belt section located in the machine bed and the wheels below the steep belt section often supported directly on the hall floor. Conveyor technology of this design can be found in many industries for the transport of bulk and piece goods. The diverse equipment options of MTF Multi-Tech conveyor belts allow adaptation to a wide range of tasks.
A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required.
The Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts type NL-TF 110 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separation attachments, etc.
Unique belt tension compensation for consistent belt tension regardless of the set conveyor angle
Smooth surfaces allow for easy cleaning and prevent damage to the material being conveyed
Integrated sealing strips for perfect adaptation to different belt thicknesses and perfect sealing between belt and side guide
Angle adjustment convenient with gas spring support
