The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts, type NL-TF 110, are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation system developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out.
The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require a belt guide. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum hinge guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these belt conveyors extremely robust and reliable helpers in your production. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-TF 110, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to access the conveyor. For example, belt changes can be carried out easily. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. Angled conveyor belts with a width of up to approx. 500 mm and steep belt lengths of up to approx. 2,000 mm are often manufactured as type NL-TF 110. The flat belt rests on the subframe, while the steep belt is supported by a T-shaped fork. Within the fork assembly is a gas spring to enable virtually effortless angle adjustment. Along the entire underframe of the conveyor belt, the wheels can be moved longitudinally and individually adjusted in height. Therefore, these angle conveyor belts are very frequently used as discharge conveyors from production machines, with the flat belt section located in the machine bed and the wheels below the steep belt section often resting directly on the factory floor. Conveyor technology of this design is found in many industries for transporting bulk materials and individual items. The diverse equipment options of the MTF Multi-Tech conveyor belts allow for adaptation to a wide variety of tasks. A large number of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-TF 110 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
