The positively angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors type PL-HM 010 are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

The HM 010 base frame is used particularly with straight storage conveyor belts. It is also used with larger angled conveyor belts where a closed base frame is no longer practical due to the belt size and a lateral overhang of the base frame supports is undesirable. The individual supports are mounted below the conveyor belt frame and can be moved as desired along the profile grooves. A positively angled belt conveyor of type PL-HM 010 can also serve as a robot unloading conveyor on an injection molding machine. The products are placed by the robot onto the upper, horizontal part of the conveyor belt and transported downwards towards the operator. Communication with the on-site robot control system is achieved via a timing switch in conjunction with a light barrier and a belt breaker button. Due to the size of the conveyor belt, the individual supports are braced both longitudinally and diagonally to ensure stability. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials, with different surface textures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type PL-HM 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.

Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, such as metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
