The positively angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors type PL-HM 140 are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

For larger angled conveyors, the HM 140 underframe is often used if a closed underframe is no longer practical due to the belt size.

The HM 140 underframe is used particularly for longer angled conveyors where a closed underframe is no longer practical due to the belt size or where different floor levels need to be compensated for (e.g., transport out of a pit). The individual supports are attached in the lateral grooves and can thus be flexibly moved along the entire conveyor body. This also makes it possible to keep passages under the conveyor belt clear. Conveyor belts of this type are primarily used as feed conveyors for large cutting mills – often also in combination with large tunnel metal detectors. Here, the feed area can be set quite low, so that operators can ergonomically feed in large parts. The individual supports are braced both longitudinally and diagonally and equipped with base mounting lugs. This ensures a maximum load capacity of 10 cm. achieved stability.

A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials, with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard program are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type PL-HM 140 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.

Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, such as metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
