The Z-shaped angled conveyor belts of type ZL-IE 010 combine the entire conveyor technology know-how from five decades of experience and countless projects. Both belt bends are independently adjustable and continuously adjustable between 0° and 60°. Unique worldwide is the fact that the belt tension remains constant across this entire adjustment range. This is achieved via mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection roller in the lower feed area.

In conjunction with the high-quality MTF conveyor belts, the belt tension compensation ensures that buckling of the belt is minimized and thus prevents wear. A ZL-IE 010 conveyor belt can be converted into a straight conveyor belt in just a few seconds. This is achieved using mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection roller in the lower feed area.

The Type IE 010 subframe consists of a welded base frame with a vertically mounted, ball-guided gas pressure column. This is designed to support the weight of the belt body and thus enables simple, tool-free height and inclination adjustment of the conveyor belt.

The Z-shaped angled conveyor belts are assembled to meet specific customer requirements using a comprehensive modular system. This allows us to offer solutions for a wide range of applications and tasks from a wide variety of industries.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to achieve different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, allowing for easy belt replacement. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.

The Z-conveyor belts of type ZL-IE 010 are equipped as standard with conically turned drive and idler pulleys. This ensures a self-centering effect of the conveyor belts, eliminating the need for mechanical guides. The belts have space laterally within the profiles, thus reducing wear. This effectively reduces wear and abrasion, increasing the service life of the conveyor belts.

The Z-conveyor belts of type ZL-IE 010 are therefore particularly suitable where frequent changeovers occur on machines, resulting in different heights on the infeed or discharge side. This is the case when used on different production machines or when using different containers on the discharge side. Due to its easy adjustment, this base frame is also suitable for use where only limited personnel and time are available for changeover processes, such as during night shifts.

A wide range of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these devices. If required, additional special belts can be provided.

The Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts type ZL-IE 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
