The straight Multi-Tech hinged belt conveyors type GV-HE 020 are assembled from a comprehensive modular system and can thus be optimally adapted to the respective task. The conveyor belt frame consists of aluminum profiles specially developed by MTF Technik, which are optimized for the mounting of the hinge plates. A great deal of know-how goes into the details to ensure optimal functionality and stability. The sturdy profiles each have a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used for attaching base frames, drive units, sensors, and other attachments. This avoids complex drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility.

The straight Multi-Tech steel hinged conveyor belts with a belt length of up to 2,000 mm and a width of up to 500 mm can be equipped with a type HE 020 base frame. In this form, they are used as a small discharge conveyor belt from a robot cell or as a disposal belt for falling parts.

The base frame consists of a stable welded H-shaped base frame with vertically mounted aluminum profiles, which are fastened in the lateral groove of the conveyor belt profiles. The conveyor belt can be continuously adjusted in height and inclination.

The belts can be equipped with cleats in various designs to achieve optimal transport results. Spring tensioners are integrated into the side profiles to ensure the hinged plate belt is always under sufficient tension, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance effort.

Multi-Tech hinged belt conveyors are standardly equipped with powerful flange drives, which can be adapted to the respective conveying task with different motor powers, gear ratios, and controls.
