The negatively angled Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts type NMF-HM 140 are individually adapted to the specific requirements of each customer. Three different conveying angles between 30° and 60° are available. This makes these conveyor belts ideal for transporting magnetic parts steeply upwards in a space-saving manner.

Larger angled magnetic conveyor belts, in particular, can be equipped with a type HM 140 base frame. The base frame consists of several H-shaped base frames made of a robust welded steel construction. Vertically oriented aluminum profiles are mounted on this, which are attached to the side grooves of the conveyor belt body by means of a pivot point. Conveyor belts of this design are often used to transport stamping scrap into larger containers or to transport finished parts to higher levels. The belt body of the angled magnetic conveyor type NMF-HM 140 consists of an aluminum profile system. The sturdy profiles each have a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used for attaching substructures, drive units, sensors, and other components. This avoids costly drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility. Plastic guide rails are integrated into the belt body, guiding two circulating chains. Magnetic carrier strips are mounted on these chains at regular intervals, running beneath a stainless steel slide plate integrated into the belt body. Ferritic material lying on the slide plate is attracted by the magnetic force and pulled along. Strong neodymium magnets ensure high holding power and efficient part transport. The slide plates are available with either a smooth or textured surface, depending on the application. Especially with slender parts, the structure ensures that adhesion is avoided and the parts are transported safely. If necessary, additional wear plates are mounted in the feed area of ​​the conveyed goods. Spring tensioners are integrated into the conveyor belt construction to keep the chains under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance efforts.
