The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-AM 140 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used to attach substructures, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. Straight belt conveyors of type GL-AM 140 are used, among other things, as discharge conveyors from low or narrow machine lofts. AM stands for "multiple supports." The conveyor belt is equipped with several supports, which are mounted laterally on the belt body. Each individual support can be moved along the side grooves of the conveyor belt, and its height and inclination can be adjusted. This allows for the efficient bridging of obstacles in the machine frame or uneven floor surfaces. The inclination of the conveyor belt can be continuously adjusted between -60° and +60°. There are 33 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard program available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech GL-AM 140 belt conveyors can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
