The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-HM 010 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.
The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching substructures, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. In the GL-HM 010 conveyor belt version, stable telescopic supports are attached, which are mounted below the belt body. This makes the belt conveyor suitable, for example, for use as a robot storage conveyor in numerous industrial sectors and processes – such as plastic injection molding, sheet metal forming, die casting, as well as assembly, cleaning, and testing systems. It also finds versatile use at manual assembly workstations, integrated into packaging systems, or in other automation applications. The underframe supports have grooves to which additional bracing can optionally be mounted, allowing the belt conveyor to be used for heavier loads. 33 conveyor belts made of different materials with varying surface textures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
The Multi-Tech belt conveyor type GL-HM 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
