The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-IE 010 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used to attach substructures, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. GL-IE 010 type belt conveyors are primarily used when maximum flexibility is required. The ball-bearing gas spring is designed to support the weight of the belt body, enabling effortless height and tilt adjustment. This allows for quick changeovers when the conveyor belt is needed on different machines or for different conveying tasks. The base frame is attached to the belt body on one side, thus reducing sharp edges. The conveyor belt can thus be placed directly at a machine discharge chute and takes up little space. There are 33 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard program available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech belt conveyor type GL-IE 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
