The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-IE 020 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.
The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for mounting substructures, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. In the GL-IE 020 conveyor belt version, the base frame supports the belt body at its center of gravity. This allows for convenient, stepless adjustment of the conveying angle between 0° and 60° without the use of tools. The conveyor belt's height can be continuously adjusted along the stable, vertical support tube. The single-sided connection of the base frame to the conveyor belt body ensures minimal obstructions. This allows the conveyor belt to be used, for example, directly alongside a production machine. Conveyor belts of this type are therefore primarily used where space is limited or where obstacles are already present. There are 33 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
The Multi-Tech belt conveyor type GL-IE 020 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
