The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts NL-EM 010 are probably unique on the market in terms of workmanship and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out. Low loading heights, narrow belt widths, long flat belt lengths, and short steep belt lengths are the typical conditions for using an NL-EM 010 angle conveyor. The individual support legs are attached in the lower profile groove of the conveyor belt and can thus be individually moved along the flat belt. The steep section of the conveyor belt hangs freely and is not additionally supported in the standard version. Angle conveyor belts in the NL-EM 010 version, for example, serve as collection conveyor belts to remove products from different machines and transfer them to a subsequent conveyor belt. They are also used, for example, as feeder conveyors or discharge conveyors from narrow machine shafts. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials, with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-EM 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
