The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts, type NL-HF 340, are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation system developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out.
The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require a belt guide. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum hinge guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these belt conveyors extremely robust and reliable helpers in your production. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-HF 340, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to access the conveyor. For example, changing the belt is straightforward. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used to attach subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. With the NL-HF 340 angle conveyor belt, the flat belt section is mounted on a frame made of aluminum profiles, which serves as a receptacle for two gas springs connected to the steep belt section. The gas springs counterbalance the weight and allow an operator to easily change the conveying angle without tools. This provides additional flexibility. The base frame is mounted higher on several supports. This allows for greater loading heights. This is of interest, for example, at manual workstations where the conveyed goods are ergonomically placed at operating height. This conveyor belt design is also used in many areas where parts from production machines are transferred onto the belt conveyor and the receiving heights are correspondingly high. is (e.g., on packaging machines or testing machines).
A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard program are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-HF 340 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and components can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
