The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-LD 010 are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out.
The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require a belt guide. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum hinge guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these belt conveyors extremely robust and reliable helpers in your production. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NL-LD 010, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to access the conveyor. For example, belt changes can be carried out easily. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. Angle conveyor belts with steep belt lengths of approximately 2,000 mm to 3,000 mm in combination with short flat belt sections are often equipped with the LD 010 subframe type. The welded subframe base provides a stable foundation. The telescopic underframe supports made of anodized aluminum profiles are mounted below the steep belt section and allow for even extreme belt inclines. This type of underframe is therefore often used with angle conveyors or Z-shaped conveyors with angles of 75°. The type of underframe connection allows for a slim conveyor design and does not require any additional lateral space. Shorter flat belt sections can be inserted freely into machine chutes. The free overhang also allows for very low feed heights. If the feed section needs to be longer, this flat belt section can also be additionally supported towards the ground. Thus, angle conveyor belts of type NL-LD 010 are often used as larger and wider machine discharge conveyor belts where stability is crucial. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NL-LD 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and components can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
