The positively angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors type PL-IE 010 are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

Positively angled conveyor belts of type PL-IE 010 are used particularly when maximum flexibility is required. Thanks to the ball-bearing gas spring, the angled conveyor belt can be easily adjusted in height and angle. This enables quick changeovers when the conveyor belt is needed on different machines or for different conveying tasks. The underframe is attached to the steep belt section on one side, thus taking up little space. The conveyor belt can therefore be placed directly at a machine discharge chute or similar. The upper flat belt section hangs freely above and can thus be easily positioned over the desired discharge point. The IE base frame is used for angle conveyor belts with a total length of up to 2,000 mm and a maximum belt width of 500 mm. These conveyor belts are used as feed conveyors for mills. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials, with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type PL-IE 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.

Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, such as metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
