The positively angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors type PL-IE 020 are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

Positively angled conveyor belts with a total length of up to 2,000 mm and a width of up to 500 mm can be equipped with the IE 020 base frame. The conveyor belt is mounted to the frame at its center of gravity. The conveyor angle can thus be conveniently adjusted between 0° and 60° without tools. The conveyor belt can be adjusted. Due to the one-sided attachment of the base frame to the belt body, the conveyor belt can be positioned directly parallel to a production machine and can bridge any obstructions. The overhanging flat belt section can be freely positioned at the discharge point. The height of the conveyor belt can be continuously adjusted along the stable, vertical mounting tube. Large height adjustment ranges are possible. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials, with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type PL-IE 020 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.

Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, such as metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
