The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used to attach subframes, drives, or other accessories. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. Sometimes, a vertical upward feed is simply necessary. The PLF 90° angle conveyor belts are designed for these applications. They primarily serve as feed conveyors for bulk materials, for example, in packaging machines, assembly machines, or weighing cells. Due to the vertical conveying direction, precise metering of the conveyed material occurs; that is, only the parts directly in front of a drive cleat are transported. This allows for very precise control of the parts feed via the belt speed. By selecting the appropriate drive lugs, the conveyor belts can be designed for various conveying devices. For this purpose, the conveyor belts are often equipped with feed hoppers or upstream feed conveyors. For conveyor belts with a steep incline, an exact specification of the conveyed material with regard to geometry and conveying volume is required. Ideally, sample parts should be available to test the conveying process in advance. Not every load can be transported at such a steep incline.
