The Z-shaped angled MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type ZL-HE 020 are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In combination with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out. This is achieved via mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection pulley in the lower feed area. The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require belt guides. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum hinge guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these belt conveyors extremely robust and reliable helpers in your production. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors type ZL-HE 020 are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, e.g., to access the belt. For example, belt changes can be carried out easily. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. With the Z-type ZL-HE 020 Z-conveyor, the subframe is attached in the side grooves of the inclined belt. This allows for a large height adjustment range and lowers the flat belt section all the way to the floor. This is important, for example, with many machine discharge conveyors where the flat belt section is pushed under a discharge chute. Due to the freely overhanging feed area, the base frame is very well suited for low transfer heights. Angle conveyors of this type are therefore frequently found for parts discharge from injection molding machines or blow molding machines in plastics processing, on stamping machines in metal or sheet metal processing, behind packaging machines, for transporting granules and sometimes powdery substances, etc. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type ZL-HE 020 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and components can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
