The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used to attach substructures, drives, or other accessories. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. Medium-sized Z-shaped angled conveyor belts with steep belt lengths of approximately 1,500 mm to 2,500 mm and flat belt lengths of up to approximately 1,000 mm each can be equipped with the LD 010 base frame. The welded base frame of the undercarriage ensures high stability and thus allows for the installation of wider conveyor belts or heavier attachments such as metal detectors, etc. The conveyor belt body is held in the lower profile grooves of the undercarriage. This leaves the lateral grooves of the guide profiles freely available along the entire length of the conveyor belt and allows them to be used for additional elements, etc. Furthermore, this saves space and ensures a minimal footprint for the conveyor belt. The two flat belt sections hang freely above. If required, they can be additionally supported towards the inclined belt to ensure extra stability.
