This is achieved via mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection pulley in the lower feed area.

In conjunction with the high-quality MTF conveyor belts, the belt tension compensation ensures that belt bulging is minimized and thus wear is prevented. A Z-shaped conveyor belt can thus be converted into a straight conveyor belt in just a few seconds. The Z-shaped angle conveyor belts are assembled according to individual customer requirements based on a comprehensive modular system. This allows solutions to be offered for a wide variety of applications and tasks from diverse industries. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. As standard, the ZL type Z-conveyor belts are equipped with tapered drive and idler pulleys. This ensures a self-centering effect for the conveyor belts, eliminating the need for mechanical guides. The belts have lateral clearance within the profiles. This reduces wear. and effectively reduces abrasion and increases the service life of the conveyor belts.

A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
