The Z-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors ZLF 75° are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and feature a fixed conveying angle of 75 degrees. This is achieved via mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection pulley in the lower feed area.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, enabling easy belt replacement. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching subframes, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. The Z-shaped conveyor belts with a 75° feed angle are used wherever space is limited. They serve in particular as linking conveyors between two production steps, as discharge conveyors from manufacturing, assembly, or packaging machines, and as feed conveyors for vibratory feeders, filling machines, or other automation processes. With such steeply inclined conveyors, an exact specification of the conveyed goods with regard to geometry and conveying quantity is essential. Ideally, sample parts should be available to test the conveying process in advance. Not every product can be transported at such a steep angle. In steep conveyor areas, covers are often used at steep conveyor angles to safely guide any parts that might fall back. For sensitive conveyed goods, flexible covers can be additionally mounted to completely prevent them from falling back. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with varying surface textures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available for mounting on these devices. Additional special belts can also be provided if required. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and components such as metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc., can be added.
