Straight magnetic conveyor belts of type GM-AM 140 are particularly suitable as small discharge conveyors for punching machines. The supports of the AM 140 base frame are mounted in the lateral conveyor belt grooves and can thus be moved along the entire belt body, as well as individually adjusted in height and inclination. This allows uneven floors or edges in the machine bed to be optimally compensated for.

The belt body consists of an aluminum profile system. The robust profiles each feature a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used to attach substructures, drive units, sensors, and other components. This eliminates the need for complex drilling or welding and ensures maximum flexibility. Integrated into the belt body are plastic guide rails that support two circulating chains. Magnetic carrier strips are mounted at regular intervals on these chains, running beneath a stainless steel sliding plate integrated into the belt body. Ferritic material resting on the sliding plate is attracted by the magnetic force and pulled along. Strong neodymium magnets ensure high holding force and good part transport. The sliding plates are manufactured with a smooth or textured surface, depending on the customer's specific requirements. Especially with slender parts, the texture prevents adhesion and ensures safe transport. If necessary, additional wear plates are mounted in the conveying area. Spring tensioners are integrated into the conveyor belt construction to keep the chains under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance efforts.
