The subframe consists of a sturdy, welded, H-shaped base frame with vertically mounted aluminum profiles, which are secured in the lateral groove of the conveyor belt profiles. The conveyor belt can be continuously adjusted in height and inclination. The sliding plates are available with a smooth or textured surface, depending on the customer's specific requirements. Especially with bulky parts, the textured surface prevents adhesion and ensures safe transport. Additional wear plates are installed in the conveying area as needed. Spring tensioners are integrated into the conveyor belt construction to maintain sufficient chain tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance requirements.
