The negatively angled Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts type NMF-AM 140 are individually adapted to the specific requirements of each customer. Five different conveying angles between 30° and 90° are available. This makes these conveyor belts ideally suited for transporting magnetic parts steeply upwards in a space-saving manner.

L-shaped angled magnetic conveyor belts of type NMF-AM 140 are often used as discharge conveyors from low machine chutes. The flat belt section is typically very low, and the steep belt section is usually not very long. In these applications, limited installation space is typically available, and obstructions in the machine bed often necessitate that the base supports be individually mountable on the conveyor belt and adjustable in height and tilt. The belt body consists of an aluminum profile system. The robust profiles each have a groove on the side and underside of the conveyor belt, which can be used to attach base frames, drive units, sensors, and other components. This avoids time-consuming drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility. Integrated into the belt body are plastic guide rails that run two circulating chains. Magnetic carrier strips are mounted at regular intervals on these chains, running along a stainless steel sliding plate integrated into the belt body. Ferritic material lying on the sliding plate is attracted by the magnetic force and pulled along. Strong neodymium magnets ensure high holding power and efficient part transport. The sliding plates are available with either a smooth or textured surface, depending on the application. The textured surface is particularly important for fibrous parts, preventing them from sticking and ensuring safe transport. Additional wear plates are installed in the conveying area as needed. Spring tensioners are integrated into the conveyor belt construction to keep the chains under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance efforts. The belt body is completely encapsulated, so there are no external moving parts. This ensures maximum occupational safety. The Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts type NMF-AM 140 are equipped with powerful three-phase motors, which are adapted to the specific conveying task with different motor outputs, gear ratios, and controls.
