The negatively angled Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts, type NMF, are individually adapted to the specific requirements of each customer. Five different conveying angles between 30° and 90° are available. This makes these conveyor belts ideal for transporting magnetic parts steeply upwards in a space-saving manner.

The L-shaped angled magnetic conveyor belts, type NMF, are often used where thin, sharp-edged, or small items need to be transported.

Typical applications include the removal of stamping slugs, small sheet metal sections, chips, etc., from processing machines, forming presses, or punching machines. The belt body consists of an aluminum profile system. The sturdy profiles each have a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used to attach substructures, drive units, sensors, and other components. This avoids costly drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility. Integrated into the belt body are plastic guide rails in which two circulating chains are guided. Magnetic carrier strips are mounted at regular intervals on these chains, running along a stainless steel sliding plate integrated into the belt body. Ferritic material lying on the sliding plate is attracted by the magnetic force and pulled along. Strong neodymium magnets ensure high holding power and efficient part transport. The sliding plates are available with a smooth or textured surface, depending on the customer's specific requirements. The textured surface is particularly important for parts, preventing adhesion and ensuring safe transport. Additional wear plates are installed in the conveying area as needed. Spring tensioners are integrated into the conveyor belt construction to keep the chains under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance efforts. The belt body is completely encapsulated, so there are no external moving parts. This ensures maximum durability. Regarding occupational safety.

The Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts type NMF are equipped with powerful three-phase motors, which are adapted to the specific conveying task with different motor outputs, gear ratios, and controls.

Magnetic conveyor belts without a base frame are generally integrated directly into customer-supplied machine frames. They are used for conveying chips, stamped parts, die-cast parts, etc.
