The positively angled Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts type PMF-LD 010 are individually adapted to the specific requirements of each customer. Five different conveying angles between 30° and 90° are available. This makes these conveyor belts ideal for transporting magnetic parts steeply upwards in a space-saving manner.

Medium-sized positively angled magnetic conveyor belts with total lengths up to approximately 3,000 mm are often equipped with a base frame type LD 010. It consists of a welded base frame on which two vertical and two rotatable telescopic aluminum profiles are mounted, serving as supports for the conveyor belt. The profiles are attached to the lower grooves of the belt frame using pivot points. This substructure design offers high stability and allows for the use of heavier hinged belt conveyors or additional attachments, especially at extreme angles of inclination. The upper flat belt section typically hangs freely and can thus be inserted into machine chutes in a floating manner. Longer flat belts are intercepted by additional belt supports. PMF-LD 010 magnetic conveyors are often used as machine discharge belts, as feed belts for material into downstream processes, or as linking belts between workstations. The belt body consists of an aluminum profile system. The sturdy profiles each have a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used for attaching subframes, drive units, sensors, and other components. This avoids costly drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility. Plastic guide rails are integrated into the belt body of the PMF-LD 010 magnetic conveyor belts, in which two circulating chains are guided. Magnetic carrier strips are mounted on these chains at regular intervals, running along a stainless steel slide plate integrated into the belt body. Ferritic material lying on the slide plate is attracted by the magnetic force and pulled along accordingly. Strong neodymium magnets ensure high holding force and good part transport. The sliding plates are available with a smooth or textured surface, depending on the customer's specific requirements. Especially with slender parts, the texture prevents sticking and ensures safe transport. Additional wear plates are mounted in the conveying area as needed. The PMF-LD 010 magnetic conveyor belts incorporate integrated spring tensioners to maintain sufficient chain tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance requirements. The belt body is completely enclosed, meaning there are no moving parts. This ensures the highest level of occupational safety. The Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts are equipped with powerful three-phase motors, which are adapted to the specific conveying task with different motor outputs, gear ratios, and controls.
