Roller conveyors are used in almost all industrial sectors, primarily where boxes, cartons, or workpiece carriers need to be transported by gravity.
Non-powered roller and wheel conveyors are often used in conjunction with buffer belts, serving as accumulation sections. Further applications include order picking and assembly.
In the illustrated version with a 70 mm high frame, the rollers form the highest point, so the conveyed goods run to the end of the conveyor without side guides. Usable widths range from 100 to 1,200 mm in 50 mm increments. Frames made of steel or stainless steel are available. The rollers are made of PVC, galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel and have a diameter of 50 mm.The roller spacing is available in 62.5 / 75 / 100 / 150 or 200 mm, depending on the application.
The R-50/70 model is delivered without side guides. Adjustable side guides can be optionally mounted. The end stop is attached as needed. Height- and tilt-adjustable bases are also available.
