The straight Multi-Tech hinge belt conveyors type GV-HE 010 are assembled from a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually and optimally adapted to the respective application. The conveyor belt frame consists of aluminum profiles specially developed by MTF Technik, which are optimized for mounting the hinge plates. A great deal of expertise is evident in the details to guarantee optimal functionality and stability. The robust profiles each have a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used for attaching substructures, drive units, sensors, and other components. This avoids costly drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility. The straight Multi-Tech hinged belt conveyors with a belt length of up to 2,000 mm and a width of up to 500 mm can be equipped with a HE 010 type base frame. In this configuration, they are used as cooling sections, machine discharge conveyors, or small storage conveyors. The base frame consists of an H-shaped welded base frame with vertically mounted, telescopically extendable aluminum profiles. These are attached via a pivot point in the lower grooves of the conveyor belt profiles. This leaves the entire side groove fully available for the flexible attachment of additional elements such as sensors. Furthermore, the conveyor belt is infinitely adjustable in height and angle. In special applications, the base frame even allows for a theoretical tilt angle of 90°. The belts can be equipped with various types of cleats to achieve optimal transport results. Spring tensioners are integrated into the side profiles to keep the hinge plate belt under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance effort. The Multi-Tech hinge belt conveyors are equipped as standard with powerful flange drives, which can be adapted to the specific conveying task with different motor outputs, gear ratios, and controls.
