The negatively angled Multi-Tech hinge belt conveyors type NVF-HM 010 are assembled from a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually and optimally adapted to the respective task.

In particular, larger L-shaped angled steel hinge plate conveyors with a long steep belt section can be equipped with a base frame type HM 010. The base frame consists of several H-shaped base frames made of a robust welded steel construction. Telescopic aluminum profiles are mounted on this, which are attached to the lower grooves of the conveyor body by means of a pivot point. This leaves the entire lateral groove of the conveyor available for the easy attachment of accessories, etc. Conveyor belts of this design are often used to transport stamping scrap into larger containers or to transport finished parts to higher processing machines or similar equipment. The conveyor frame consists of aluminum profiles specially developed by MTF Technik, which are optimized for accommodating the hinge plates. A great deal of know-how is incorporated into the details to ensure optimal functionality and stability. The robust profiles each feature a groove on the side and below the conveyor belt, which can be used to attach substructures, drive units, sensors, and other components. This avoids time-consuming drilling or welding work and ensures maximum flexibility. The conveying angle is selectable at 30°, 45°, or 60°. or 75°.

The NVF-HM 010 hinge plate straps have a pitch of 38.1 mm and are available in either steel or stainless steel. The surface of the individual hinge plate elements is smooth as standard, but can also be textured, perforated, slotted, or textured and perforated depending on the application. For optimal sealing of the conveyor belt, the belts are equipped as standard with a moving side flange that runs behind the side cover plates and provides additional sealing. The belts can be fitted with drive lugs in various designs to achieve optimal conveying results. Spring tensioners are integrated into the side profiles to keep the hinge plate belt under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance requirements. The Multi-Tech hinge belt conveyors of type NVF-HM 010 are equipped as standard with powerful flange drives, which can be adapted to the respective application with different motor outputs, gear ratios, and controls. The support task will be adapted.
