The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-BE 010 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". Small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.

Small conveyor belts up to a maximum length of 2,000 mm and a maximum width of 400 mm are equipped with the BE 010 base frame. The solid steel base plate ensures a low center of gravity and thus a secure stand – even with very narrow conveyor belts.

Telescopic supports made of anodized aluminum are mounted on the base plate and attached to the conveyor belt via a pivot point. This connection allows for extreme belt inclines up to a tilt angle of 90°. Thanks to the offset mounting brackets, the base frame only adds 13 mm to the overall height of the conveyor belt body, allowing the belt to be integrated into confined spaces. Belt conveyors of this design serve various purposes, including as disposal belts for stamped parts from a press, as small transfer belts between two processing stations, or as feed belts for small parts in assembly machines, etc. Thirteen different conveyor belts made of various materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available for mounting on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The I-Tech IL-BE 010 belt conveyors can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios, performance classes, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.
