The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-BM 010 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". Small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.

Longer small conveyor belts and devices with higher or uneven belt loads are equipped with two or more base frames. The BM 010 base frame type features solid steel base plates on which vertically telescopic aluminum profiles are mounted. Cranked mounting brackets are attached to the ends of these profiles, which are connected to the lateral grooves of the conveyor belt. These protrude laterally by only 13 mm in total, thus enabling the integration of the conveyor belts into tight installation situations. The underframe offers a low center of gravity and ensures a secure stand – especially with narrower conveyor belts or greater conveying heights. Thirteen conveyor belts made of different materials with varying surface textures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available for these conveyor belts and can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The I-Tech IL-BM 010 belt conveyors can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios, performance classes, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.
