The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-BM 120 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". Small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.
Longer small conveyor belts and devices with higher or uneven belt loads are equipped with two or more base frames. The BM 120 base frame type features solid steel base plates on which vertical aluminum profiles are mounted. The base frame offers a low center of gravity and ensures a secure stand – especially with narrower conveyor belts or greater conveying heights. Furthermore, this type of substructure allows multiple conveyor levels to be mounted one above the other within the frame as a multi-level conveyor system. The vertical substructure supports have grooves in which angle-adjustable mounting plates are attached, which hold the conveyor belt body. This allows for maximum height adjustment ranges. The conveyor belt inclination can be continuously adjusted between -60° and +60°. can be adjusted.
For these conveyor belts, 13 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard program are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
The I-Tech IL-BM 120 belt conveyors can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios, performance classes, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.
