The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-HM 480 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". For small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.

For longer and wider small conveyor belts, the HM 480 underframe offers a stable yet lightweight solution. The H-shaped base supports are equipped with telescopic support profiles made of anodized aluminum. These are attached to the sides of the conveyor belt, resulting in only a minimal lateral overhang. Pivot points are integrated into the brackets and are located below the belt body. These allow for stepless tilt adjustment of the small conveyor belt.

Since there is no upward projection of the underframe attachments, this design is ideally suited for use as a conveyor belt for extra-wide parts that protrude laterally beyond the belt body. This small conveyor belt also frequently serves as a robot storage conveyor or as a transfer belt between two processing steps. For these conveyor belts, 13 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard program are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
