The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-IE 040 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". The small conveyor belt type IL-IE 040 stands for simple height adjustment during horizontal transport. A ball-bearing gas spring is mounted on a stable, welded base frame, from which the conveyor belt is suspended on one side. This design is suitable for small conveyor belts with a width of up to approximately 300 mm and a length of up to 1,500 mm, where frequent and convenient height adjustment is essential, but the conveying must always remain horizontal. The conveying height is adjusted entirely without tools using a foot pedal. Conveyor belts of this design are used, for example, as waste conveyors for die-cutting machines, where various tools with correspondingly different heights are used and quick changeovers with minimal personnel are necessary. The freely suspended belt inlet can be completely immersed in the tool. For these conveyor belts, 13 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard program are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
