The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-IE 050 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". Small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc.

Small conveyor belts with a length of up to approx. 1,500 mm and a belt width of up to 300 mm can be equipped with the IE 050 type underframe. This is always useful when it is important that the conveyor belt can be easily and flexibly adjusted in inclination. The underframe consists of a sturdy, welded base frame with a vertically mounted support tube. The conveyor belt is mounted on one side at its center of gravity on the support tube and can be adjusted vertically along its entire length. This allows for a maximum height adjustment range. This is particularly necessary when the conveyor belt is used on different machines and has to perform different tasks. The conveying angle can be individually adjusted between 0° and 60°. Thirteen different conveyor belts made of various materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available for these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The I-Tech IL-IE 050 belt conveyors can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios, performance classes, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.
