The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-IE 060 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". For horizontal transport on straight small conveyor belts with a total length of up to approx. 1,500 mm and a width of up to 300 mm, the IE 060 base frame can be used. It consists of a sturdy, welded base frame and a vertically mounted support tube. The conveyor belt is suspended from one side of the tube and can be adjusted in height along its entire length. This allows for maximum height adjustment. The single-sided base mounting also has the advantage that the other side of the belt is completely free, so that the lateral groove is available along the entire length of the belt. Attachments such as sensors, etc., can be easily mounted and freely adjusted here. The conveyor belt extends freely at the infeed and outfeed sides and can therefore be easily inserted into tool troughs. In this version, the small conveyor belts are primarily used as discharge belts on punches or other machines that are rarely reconfigured. For these conveyor belts, 13 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The I-Tech IL-IE 060 belt conveyors can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios, performance classes, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.
