The straight I-Tech mini conveyor belts of type IL-LD 560 are the ideal solution when space is limited. Their low height of only around 30 mm and the optimal ratio of outer width to usable width allow for integration of these mini conveyor belts into even the narrowest machine or tool compartments. The "I" in the type designation I-Tech thus stands for "integration". The LD 560 underframe is used for small conveyor belts in machine sheds, production processes, automation systems, etc. For small conveyor belts up to approximately 3,000 mm long and up to 500 mm wide, a large height adjustment range is required, or several conveyor belts are to be arranged one above the other as a multi-level conveyor system. The underframe consists of a sturdy, welded base frame on which a total of four anodized aluminum profiles are mounted as supports that hold the conveyor belt body. The vertical profiles are mounted laterally on the conveyor belt and extend upwards. This makes it possible to adjust the conveyor belt height along the entire profile length. The connection plates are designed so that the conveyor angle can be continuously adjusted between -60° and +60°. Due to the lateral connection of the base frame profiles, multiple conveyor levels can also be implemented one above the other. Devices of this design are then used as storage conveyors or buffer sections for lightweight components. Due to the low installation height, space-saving multi-level conveyor systems can be implemented. For these conveyors, 13 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF-Technik standard range are available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
